After all heroes can't always win let the bad guys have their moment as well (not to mention villains backstory in MHA were always far more interesting ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

P:S Personally i think Shigaraki has one of the most tragic pasts among not only MHA villains but like overall and i hope he wont die in the end of the war cuz he is just a very well written and interesting character

I will never understand that choice to side with the villains in this case. Any time a villain is a predatory monster (aka mass murderer) I'm instantly on the side that wants to lock them up or if necessary, put them down for good.

While Shigaraki is written well for evoking a strong emotion, I'm okay with that guy getting defeated. However I am also aware he is final boss material and this is unlikely to be the place and time he loses. Especially when Deku has more powers to unlock.

it's becuase peopel split into two categories:
- the strong: they follow their own values and belfies being morally wrong right legal illegal doesn't matter they will follow it and stick to it.

- the weak: those will try to attach to the stronger

for example in real life: in Iraq invasion countries were far weaker than the US even some NATO didn't want to participate but their were two sides Iraq and US yet far majority of countries around world stood with the US invading a country and killing millions of people for weapon of mass destruction 20+ years later we can't find
cuz they never existed

we knew it was fake reports yet we went with it, cuz many countries were weak and they will stand behind the strong

on the other hand countries that were strong enough to say no like Canada and France either stuck to their decisions partially like France (later on joining in) or only supported via logistics and intelligence but always spoke against it and sent no troops (eventhou they sent to afgan but weren't able to force them to send even more in iraq)

This is why I love anime with good villains it's because villains with understandable past and op power against heroes is what makes an anime good

But you see thats the thing...people around him didnt hurt Tomura. His father was strict on him because of powers. His mother, sister, adopted grandparents all loved the boy. It was just that his power awakened and killed them all. But even then his family loved him. The major question is why did no hero reported to the scene or took Tomura over to get evaluated and I msotly think this as a Madara-Tobi incident. As in as soon as AFO got to know about the quirk he interfered and manipulated the situation and then showed up as a saviour.
